  • PURCHASING FIREARMS ONLINE

    It is illegal to ship firearms to anyone not holding an active Federal Firearms License (FFL). For that reason, firearms purchased online may be picked up at our store or shipped to an FFL (gun store) near you. We will contact and verify the FFL you select during checkout before we ship your firearm(s).

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL

      All warranties are expressly handled through the manufacturer of the product.

  • USED FIREARMS

    Used firearms may not be returned. All used guns are sold as-is no Warranty,  Warranty if any will be honored by manufacturer if they warranty at all a used Firearm, which is unlikely.  All sales are final. Description and photos (if available) are provided by the seller of the actual item with the description being honest a fairly graded.

  • GENERAL FIREARM SALES

    All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering. We are not liable for compliance issues. All compliance issues are those of the buyer and the dealer whom transfer is made to, not us. If you purchase any firearms from us your agree that we are in no way liable or responsible for any firearm, ammo or accessory sold to you. Only the manufacturer of that product is. You agree to not hold us accountable for any damages which may arise. All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer's box, with magazine(s), accessories and applicable warranty. Most Firearms requiring warranty work must be returned to the factory within 1 year of purchase for repair. Accessories  sold by our store will be covered under manufacturers warranty and evaluation by them if applicable. Please contact the original manufacturer for warranty information on all accessories if you have an issue.

  • SECURE TRANSMISSION

    All information collected during the checkout process is transmitted via industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) featuring 128-bit encryption. A Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Certificate creates an encrypted link between a Web site and a visitor's Web browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the Web site and the browser remains private and secure.

  • ORDER FULFILLMENT

    All orders are shipped promptly from our warehouse or in-store inventory within 1 - 5  business days unless your order is a pre-order or backorder.

  • ONLINE PRICE & DESCRIPTION ERRORS

    Our online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item's description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order we will not charge the customer's credit card or we will refund your payment promptly once discovered.

  • AMMUNITION PURCHASES

    You understand buyer must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun, ammunition for either and 21 or older to purchase handguns or handgun ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped ground with adult signature required. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations. NO RETURNS ON AMMO

  •  SHIPPING

    All order shipped will be shipped signature required and you will be responsible for paying additional shipping charges if your item is returned un-deliverable to the address you provided us for shipping. We ship nearly all orders via USPS. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via USPS and and are emailed from our service. We pride ourselves in making sure your order leaves quickly to you (delays can happen but we do make sure to get your item out as fast as possible). We may also ship via FedEx at our discretion it is at the customers responsibility to notify us of any delivery issues resulting from a PO box or undelivered address.  Free shipping only applies to orders place directly on www.modernweaponsystems.com (Not on Gunbroker auctions, Armslist or listings on other websites for sale.)

  •  TRANSFERS

    We accept transfers for firearms you have purchased online. Before you transfer anything you must call us and notify us of the incoming product. Once your item arrives WE WILL CALL YOU  to come and pickup the product after we have received it into our books and is ready to transfer to you. DO NOT JUST SHOW UP AND EXPECT US TO DO IT WHILE YOU WAIT - Transfer fees for all are listed as follows ->


  • Long Gun Fee: $60.00  per gun 
    Hand Gun Fee: $60.00  per gun 
    NICS Fee: $60.00  per gun 
    NFA transfers $100.00 silencers / $125.00 sbr / sbs / $200.00 machine gun.
    Additional Silencershop Kiosk processing fee of $50.00 (applies to each NFA Form 4 processed through MWS)
